Minimum plan fee
₦5,000
The statutory floor for any building-plan assessment. Larger or taller buildings are assessed above this.
Payment window
14 days
Time to settle an issued invoice before a late fee applies.
Late fee
10%
Surcharge added to invoices paid after the due date.
Service timelines
- Plan review — 21 days. Target turnaround for a review desk to act on your application.
- Inspection scheduling — 7 days. Target time to schedule a requested statutory inspection.
How to pay
Once your plan is assessed, an invoice is issued to your account. Pay securely online through the Edo State government revenue gateway — card, transfer or bank. A receipt is issued automatically on confirmation.
