To submit a building plan, open Building Plans and choose Submit Plan. Complete the applicant details, building particulars (use type, storeys, floor area) and site location.
What happens next
Your plan enters the approval pipeline: front desk → clearing → assessment → payment → accounts → vetting → record → GM decision → signing → archive. You can track its stage at any time from the plan detail page.
